This session is about solving our sleep problems, providing information on the importance of sleep and tips to help us and our children.  Sleep, one of the three pillars of health along with diet and exercise, can be elusive and difficult.  Even before the pandemic, approximately 30% of us struggled with insomnia. That number has skyrocketed to 78% during the pandemic. Healthy sleep is more important than ever for maintaining structure, but more people than ever are struggling to get it.  Become educated, inspired, and empowered to finally get the sleep you and your family need and deserve.
