Hear about Leah Zenk, a 2020 high school graduate at the top of her game as an honor student and sought-after lacrosse goalie college recruit. She was on her way to playing for a prestigious D1 college in the Midwest on multiple scholarships when one post changed her entire life.  After bearing witness to the violence and protests happening across our country in the spring of 2020, Leah wrote an insensitive post which triggered a firestorm of hate and ultimately caused her to lose her scholarships and offer to play lacrosse at a prestigious Midwestern university. Her experience was a huge life lesson that she shares in order to help other people confront their beliefs, be more thoughtful in their lives and ultimately build better relationships with others, both on and off the field. Leah shares her personal story, real and raw, that encourages participants to gain better understandings of themselves, develop empathy and help them create their own action pledges for social responsibility.
