DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD AT MUNSEY PARK!\nCarli Bushoven on behalf of the Madison Holleran Foundation will speak about her sister\, a freshman Ivy League track star who developed depression and died by suicide. Maddy appeared to have a perfect life\, but she admitted to her mother “These are just pictures.” She was depressed at college\, but her past success made her afraid to quit. She didn’t understand her symptoms or that others also suffered and that there was help available. It only took 5 months for Madison to become so depressed she ended her life. Her story reveals how our youth are suffering due to the pressure to be perfect\, false social media imagery\, and less real connection.  Do not believe everyone has a perfect life; what you see on social media is the highlights reel\, not the whole picture.\nAttention Students!\nEarn 2 Community Service hours for attending!
